Spring Corvette Expo | March 18 – 19

Celebrating their 45th anniversary, the annual Corvette Expo will bring together Corvette owners and gurus from across the nation this March at the Le Conte Conference Center in Pigeon Forge. This year’s Corvette Expo includes a swap meet, sales coral, Diamond Awards show, and much more. Attendees don’t want to miss the “Corvette Cruise the Dragon.” which leaves from Pigeon Forge on Friday. Additionally, the event also features Chevelles in the Smokies and Horsepower and Hotrods.

Smoky Mountain Trout Tournament | April 2 – 3

The Annual Smoky Mountain Trout Tournament is open to adults or children and equally challenging for both visitors and locals, with multiple categories to be contested in this largest trout tournament in the Smokies. All Gatlinburg and state fishing regulations will be observed.

Great Smoky Easter Arts & Crafts Show | April 13 – 16

Unique handcrafted gifts and products produced by members of Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community are placed on display and offered for sale as they host their annual Easter show at the Gatlinburg Convention Center. Demonstrations are part of the show.

Anakeesta is ushering in spring with “Blooms and Tunes,” an event to heighten the anticipation of the season. Beginning April 15th and running through June 4th, the mountain will feature larger-than-life spring-themed art installations, live music seven days per week, chef-inspired seasonal menu items and thousands of new blooms at Vista Gardens.

Easter Eggstavaganza | April 16

This will be a free event on the plaza of Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies. The event is sponsored by The KinderJoy Candy Company. The event will be from 11 AM – 4 PM on April 16th. There will be plenty of candy, toys and crafts.

Running with the Bears 5K | April 22

Runner and walkers of all ages are invited to join in the Running of the Bears 5K Run/Walk in downtown Gatlinburg. The night race is scheduled for Friday, April 22 at 10 p.m. with registration beginning at 8 p.m. at Nantahala Outdoor Center. Runners and walkers are encouraged to register online in advance. All proceeds benefit the Gatlinburg Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
